There is friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Pleasant jacuzzi and sauna at the roof. Tasty breakfast. Nice outside terrace at the restaurant.Free and fast wi-fi. Free parking (and if there are no places, you leave the keys at the reception and they move cars themselves).
Superior rooms are the worst in the hotel, they are either small or very dark. Breakfast isn't buffet, they have only 3 versions a la carte and it takes some time while you get it, and they always forget something. Despite the description at this site, there is no electric kettle in the room, we were told that we can order free tea from the restaurant instead. But the restaurant is closed at 11 p.m., so if you want to drink tea at night, there are no facilities for that. Besides, after check-out I found some tea in the bill and spent time proving that it was free. Also I had to prove that we didn't drink some soda from minibar. Cleaning in the room is not perfect, especially the carpet. The hotel is not bad, but its score here is too high.

Cute, small hotel in a great location - walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Hot tub, sauna, and great in house restaurant.

Dining room and bar staff very friendly. Excellent, if difficult to find, location. Great bathroom. Nice to have hot tub on roof.
Reception staff gave incorrect directions multiple times leaving us driving around for over an hour and having to ask three other hotels/taxis/etc. For directions. They need printed directions that staff can just read to guests inquiring. Parking inadequate for number of rooms with little off street parking available. Internet signal needs to be stronger.

We have been to Haifa several times and until now were very disappointed with the hotels. But this one is different. It has the feel of a luxury Bed & breakfast. Gracious helpful staff. Will stay here again.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the beautiful Carmel mountain. The location, in the outskirts of a residential neighborhood, is quiet and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with modern decorations and ample cupboard space. I especially loved the room with a Jacuzzi inside, a luxurious touch that added to my overall experience. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring that all my needs were met. The breakfast offered at this hotel was simply outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were flawless.

Staff were courteous & friendly throughout. Rooms are typical of 'boutique' style hotel but comfortable, if a bit dark due to a lot of brown decor.
Were not able to accommodate my request to substitute a light lunch instead of breakfast even though this would be at lower cost (according to notional costs on the menu) and a day of notice that we would not be around for breakfast due to other commitments. Shame, as this spoilt an otherwise excellent experience.
